Spelastream runs on your own PC. Here is the short version of what that means.
What stays in your home
Your games, your game library, your accounts and your video stream live on your PC and your home network. Nothing about them is sent to us.
What our address service stores
Spelastream gives your PC a short name, like abc123.spelastream.com, that points to its private address on your network. That lets your devices connect with a real HTTPS certificate. The service stores that name and the private address it points to, and nothing more. The private address cannot be reached from the internet.
Updates
Spelastream checks this website for new versions. Every update is signed, and the app refuses one that does not match.
This website
This site has no ads, no cookies for tracking and no third-party fonts. It does count visits, described next. The Spelastream app itself sends nothing to any analytics service.
Analytics on this website
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on this website, not in the app. It counts page views and records the page you came from, your browser and operating system, your country, and how fast pages load. We use that to see whether the site is fast and whether people find it.
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or fingerprinting, and we do not collect names, accounts or anything that identifies you.
You can opt out here. Your choice is remembered with one small cookie, spelastream_analytics, that only records that you opted out. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat that as an opt-out automatically.
Uninstalling
You can remove Spelastream from Windows settings at any time.
